THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The new Group with degrees in the new 7th, 6th and 4th class has been created
THEMELIODOMI has obtained to be the one and only construction company with the new highest class degree (7th) located outside Athens.

Final contract for the ALLATINI plot
The final transaction contract (April 3, 2003) between our company, Omega Bank and Northern Greece Dry Goods Company S.A. has been signed, through which the 25% of the 27,000 m2 property transferred to our company.

Significant increase of earnings before taxes of THEMELIDOMI
Earnings before taxes during 2003 presented a significant increase and reached 14.49 million euro versus losses 9.78 million euro in 2002, while the total company's turnover reached 155.63 million euro versus 97.67 million euro in 2002.

Agreement with Village Roadshow
The company has agreed to lease the 1/3 of the building complex of SEKE in Kavala (where five cinemas are going to be constructed) to Village Roadshow Operations Greece.
