Since 1995, the company has started a series of investments in Real Estate.  Today, it has a property that amounts more than 165,000 m².  The company’s Real Estate Management misssion is to evaluate real estates and to perform research on the best investment solutions. For this reason, it has created an important database that includes more than seven hundred real estates from all over Greece as well as a cooperation network with professional expertise on the industrial, tourist, public sector etc. At the same time, it has undertaken the development of the company’s existing real estates.

In 2001, the real estate of Elaiourgiki in Thessaloniki and the lot located on Antigonis and Kavalas street in Athens have been added in the “Real Estates Portfolio” of the company. Moreover the projects of Allatini and  St. John - Kalamaria settlement have been formed while the corresponding previous contract for the first and the preliminary contract for the latter have been signed in 2002.

On April 3, 2003, Themeliodomi S.A. signed a final transaction contract with Northern Greece Dry Goods Company S.A., 100% subsidiary of ALLATINI S.A., through which the 25% of the approximately 27,000m2 joint real estate property of the aforementioned company was transferred to Themeliodomi for the amount of approximately 7 million euro. The current value of the property is estimated about 40,000,000 euro. Additionally, another 25% of the same property was transferred to the possession of OMEGA BANK S.A., while the selling company kept the 50%.

On January 19, 2004, Themeliodomi sold the real estate of Elaiourgiki at a price of 8,000,000 Euro approximately.
